Lightstick won't turn on despite full batteries. No official lightstick! See differences to the original (e.g., the red BTS logo on the ball is crooked) The complaint and return was requested via support immediately after receipt and functional testing. It appears there is no response.. Every time it's sent, everything appears from the beginning again for support. That is more than annoying.! I'm curious if anything else will happen. I do have hope because of the positive reviews. ADDITIONAL: Still no response after 10 days. This raises the suspicion: This is NOT a reputable seller!!!

It was said it would be with me within a few days. I ordered it on Tuesday because I was going to the BTS concert in Munich on Sunday. Of course, it didn't arrive by Saturday... The seller also didn't reply to emails. I wrote to him several times. Absolute cheek. The package arrived after the concert, of course, which was of no use to me, of course.

Very reliable website, order arrived within the expected time! I had to return the item because I had received the same one as a gift. Completely misleading advertising regarding delivery time. 3 to 5 business days turned into almost 15 days, I went to the show on the 18th in Paris and had to buy one there because this one only arrived on Monday and another on Tuesday because I ordered 2. I was completely devastated now I have to sell these because I already bought them there in person.

Received the product neatly packaged, but later than stated.. But daughter is completely disappointed that he doesn't color along with the music at home. Turns out he only works at a concert... quite an expensive letdown
