Unacceptable and unprofessional. I received a used or tampered product. The seal on the serum was broken, yet the parcel was intact. The seller didn’t care, refused a return or refund. This is not how business should be done. Total disrespect toward the customer.

Unfortunately, this bottle arrived completely empty. So there was nothing to lubricate. Joom was so nice to handle my complaint and will refund the money. I would have preferred to receive a new bottle actually. But it is nice that they refund my money. I ordered a new bottle but unfortunately this one is a lot more expensive. I hope that the next bottle is completely intact so that I can start lubricating!
