Doesn’t seem to be a lot of compression, I’ve got the L/XL size which I could only just get on over my hands. My hands feel warm which will help keep the pain level down a tad 🤞 Less than a weeks use they are so poorly made that the stitching is already coming undone. As for benefiting arthritis they DONT! You would do better with a standard pair of elasticated gloves. These gloves are a total waste of your money.NOT fit for purpose!

I Normally get a size M and They fit perfect but this time I got size small by mistake and they did not fit but it was my fault that I got the wrong size.I did order a size medium and I got them and they’re perfect and I’m after ordering another two pair sizes medium thank you Joom they help my pain so much. I ordered size L. My working glows size is usually 10, sometimes 9. Unfortunatelly This size L was a bit too tie to my hand. So for cold weather I wouldn't recommend to wear (I'm not going to wear size L) too tight under glowes because of bad blood circulation.

I ordered this as a gift as it shows packaging beside the gloves and they have come is cellophane bag...NOT GOOD ENOUGH When you see a item next to its wrapping / box you expect to recieve it in a box so you can give it as a gift
