The rug/matt/runner is very thin. There is no mentioned of the thickness of it on the advert. Joom DOES NOT accept returns unless you pay for a tracking back to China you will never receive a refund. The quality is GREAT, but far to thin to be practical. This is my first time and LAST time using Joom because of the VERY poor customer service I have received. TEMU here I come. Also not there is not an option on here to rate Joom as a company only the product you have purchased.

Looks great in my living room. The quality is all right, although you would expect more substance in a product called "carpet". It's more some kind of thin floor decoration blanket. But it looks awesome anyway. I love it!

Well - the product don't worth the money at all. Also, I ordered blue flower, but got the roses! The size not correct at all. Ordered 80×200cm, but get 60×200 cm. Totally disappointed

The design is stretched, not repeted and it is very ungly 😡 I paid 37,07 € for two very ungly carpets 😥
