Arrived damaged and as this is made from metal it’s difficult to bend back into shape, the metal shows cracks and breaks if trying to form. The stitching on the bag is bad and already partly unraveling which is not improving confidence in quality. I think the damage is mainly due to insufficient packaging material and not really a production fault, yet I am disappointed as I did not order a DIY plucker or want to spend more time and money fixing a newly bought item.
