[Function] Allows you to watch TV and DVDs while driving. Navigation operation is also possible while driving in TV viewing mode. [Important Notes] When in TV viewing mode (switch up), your current location will freeze. Route guidance will also be unavailable. The vehicle speed-dependent automatic volume control function will not work. (See product description for details.) [Installation Procedure] 1. Turn off the engine and wait at least 10 minutes before disconnecting the negative terminal. 2. Remove the display audio unit. 3. Connect the product to the connector on the back of the display audio unit. Attach the switch to an easily accessible location. If using a flush-mount switch, install it in an available space. *Incorrect connection may cause installation problems and vehicle malfunction, so please be very careful when connecting the connectors. 4. After reassembly, check that it is working correctly. - When in TV viewing mode, your current location will not be displayed. Route guidance will also not be available. - The vehicle speed-linked automatic volume control function will not work. - When in TV viewing mode (switch raised), the tire display on the energy monitor of hybrid vehicles will not show a rotating pattern. (This is only a display issue and does not affect the hybrid system.) - For vehicles equipped with Toyota Teammate (Advanced Drive), please set the switch to normal mode (switch recessed, TV viewing unavailable) when using the traffic jam assistance function. - Apps and services that acquire your current location will not function correctly because they cannot acquire an accurate current location.
