Non-stick! This is a yakiniku grill with a marble diamond coating.
It retains heat well, and excess oil flows into the oil tray below.
The marble diamond coating consists of four layers on the inside: top coat, marble coat, mid coat, and primer coat (containing diamond particles).

The grill plate and body are removable, making cleaning easy.
The body is made of enamel! Oil doesn't stick easily, and washing is a breeze.
《How to Use》
・Fill the oil tray in the main unit with water to 50-60% capacity. This reduces oil buildup and makes cleaning easier. (Do not use when the tray is full.)
・Be careful not to let the water in the oil tray run out during use.
・Before placing ingredients, lightly coat the plate with oil and warm it slightly.
・Use the included hook handle to handle the grill plate. (When using the hook handle, be careful not to let the plate fall.)
・Adding water reduces excess oil buildup in the oil tray, making it easy to wash away with water after use.
《How to Use the Hook Handle》
Insert the hook part of the handle into the oil drain hole on the grill plate and lift.
Caution: This product is for use with tabletop cassette stoves only. It cannot be used with gas stoves with Si sensors or induction cooktops.
Do not soak or use in a dishwasher.
