The all-plastic chair, very bad quality, small, looks like it's for dolls, not for doing nails. The wheels don't turn at all. I paid €20 for a toy that deserves to be thrown directly in the trash. Besides, I ordered another color, beige, and they sent me black😡😡😡I am very disappointed with the purchases from this platform Joom

It arrived with only 3 rolls instead of 4. Cannot be used ! It can be returned or completed with the missing roll ? I am attaching photos of the incomplete product and the labels from the packaging. Waiting for urgent response ! Daniel

I was expecting a more massive stool.

The stool is easy to assemble, but none of the wheels have brakes and the seat and wheels are attached to a plastic base, not a metal one as described. And this configuration did not withstand even 100 kg, although it is stated that it can withstand 300 pounds, which is more than 120 kg in translation.

Disappointed...the description said metal...but it's actually plastic. It arrived broken. The description said two wheels with brakes...That's a lie...all the wheels are the same.. It might have held the child for a short time, but I doubt it, as the plastic didn't even hold up during shipping.

The product took 2 months to arrive. The banquette or whatever you call it, the stool, is tiny, for a child. The frame is plastic, but it has wheels and for that I gave it a three. The leather it's covered with is see-through, and there's dark foam underneath.

It was very useful to me, and such a cutest little stool, but it's not for sitting on, but as a footrest under the desk or anywhere. I've wanted one like this for a long time, but they don't even make them here. Very satisfied.

This is a good, neatly made footrest. It can only be used as a stool for children. The base is plastic and the wheels are plastic.
