This plate is made of H.A.A. (Hard Anodized Aluminum).

The inner layer has the excellent heat conductivity of aluminum, while the outer layer that comes into contact with food is ceramic, making it harmless and safe.

It can be used as both a plate and a cooking utensil.

Made of thick H.A.A., it can also be used as a frying pan after seasoning.

A pan lifter (handle) can be attached (sold separately).

Two sizes of pan lifters (handles) are available.

The S-size pan lifter fits the S-size plate,

The L-size pan lifter fits the L-size plate.
