Features:
Versatile Applications: This threading tool is designed to process, correct, or clean external threads. It is suitable for general-purpose threading in a wide range of materials, including stainless steel, aluminum alloy, cast iron, copper, iron, aluminum, and plastic. It is particularly useful for maintenance and repair work on pipes, boards, and machinery.
Secure and Reliable: The tool features a conical locking hole that ensures a strong and secure locking mechanism, preventing loosening during operation. It is perfect for re-threading existing threads in hard materials like metal and creating new threads in soft materials such as plastic. The surface is lubricated with grease to prevent rust, and the thread is clear and easy to repair.
User-Friendly Design: This threading tool is easy to use. The die wrench has a positioning groove that aligns with the fastening screw in the middle of the die. The screw is inserted into the slot of the die and tightened. The end of the bar should be chamfered at a 1*45-degree angle, ensuring proper cutting performance. It is important not to have an excessively large chamfer, as it may hinder cutting.
Helpful Tips: To facilitate chip discharge, it is recommended to reverse the tool every 1/4 to 1/2 turn during operation. When tapping the thread, it is advisable to apply suitable lubricating oil to the cutting edge of the die. The diameter of the bar should be slightly smaller (about 0.05mm-0.15mm) than the nominal diameter of the required thread to avoid difficult cutting and potential damage to the die teeth.
Reliable Performance: This threading tool is designed to deliver reliable and precise results. Its versatile applications, secure locking mechanism, user-friendly design, and helpful tips ensure efficient and effective threading operations. Whether for professional use or DIY projects, this tool is a valuable addition to any toolbox.
