Photovoltaic cells will recharge the battery. 2. In the event of a voltage outage or mains power cut: connected devices will be powered by the battery and photovoltaic cells to maintain power continuity. If photovoltaic power is unavailable or insufficient, connected devices will be powered only by the battery.
