My order was delivered in very poor packaging. A thin plastic bag that was torn multiple times and crudely sealed with tape. Only 3 of the 4 handles arrived. I request immediate Processing and subsequent delivery. Kind regards Eva Bressem

The delivery took a very long time. And the wrong item was delivered. The complaint and return is not possible because there is no option for it on the website or it cannot be found.

Did not receive any goods from you on 12.12. 2025! Please reply to whom the order was delivered.

None of the dimensions matched the suitcase, problem solved with a little DIY.
